Weddings

Which wedding tier should I choose?

We’ve designed our offerings so that you can get beautiful flowers for your celebration with any budget. Whether you’re looking for something simple and streamlined or a fully customized floral experience.

A La Carte (under $2,500) is perfect for smaller celebrations or couples who want an easy, ready-to-go option. Simply choose your palette and pieces, check out online, and they'll be ready for pickup or delivery on the date you select. We take care of everything - no consultation needed.

Elevated A La Carte ($2,500–$6,500) is ideal for couples who want a cohesive, elevated look with a bit more guidance. You’ll select from our curated palettes and floral menu, receive a proposal, and we’ll connect for a final consultation to confirm all the details before your big day. Full Service ($6,500+) is designed for larger-scale or more customized weddings. If you’re looking for a completely tailored design, installations, and hands-on support throughout the planning process, this is the best fit. What is the starting investment to get wedding flowers?

While there’s no minimum required to enjoy flowers for your celebration, our A La Carte menu does have set pricing for each item.

For customizations, setups and teardowns, our Full Service offerings start at $6500

Can I customize my flowers or request specific blooms?

A La Carte designs are offered in a variety of curated palettes and do not include customizations or specific bloom requests. Full Service allows for more flexibility in color palette and overall design.

Because of the fickle nature of flowers and our commitment to work with seasonal flowers whenever possible, we can never 100% guarantee specific varieties. We can guarantee that any substitutions will still match the agreed upon aesthetic.

Do you offer delivery, setup and breakdown?

Yes! However, delivery, setup, and teardown vary depending on the level of service you choose.

A La Carte orders include delivery within our standard service area (covering most of Boulder County), with delivery fees based on your order total. This option is delivery-only and does not include on-site setup or breakdown.

Full Service weddings include comprehensive support, including delivery, on-site setup, repurposing of select ceremony pieces for the reception, and full teardown at the end of your event.

Will I have a consultation?

Consultations are included depending on the level of service you choose.

For A La Carte orders placed through our online shop (under $2,500), no consultation is required—simply select your items and check out.

Our Elevated A La Carte weddings ($2,500–$6,500) include a final consultation to review your selections and confirm logistics ahead of your event.

For Full Service weddings ($6,500+), we offer a more in-depth, collaborative process with multiple touchpoints, including an initial consultation, a Design Refine consultation, and a final details review.

Flower Delivery

Where do you deliver, and how does delivery work?

We deliver throughout most of Boulder County, with delivery fees based on distance and, in some cases, order size. You can check your zip code at checkout or give us a call with any questions.

All arrangements are designed fresh for your selected delivery date so they arrive looking their best. Our goal is to place your flowers directly in the recipient’s hands. If no one is available, we won’t leave the arrangement unless instructed. You’ll receive a notification once your order has been delivered.

Sending to a CU dorm? We deliver to the UPS Center associated with the student’s dorm and will text them upon arrival, just use their mailbox address (not the physical dorm address) at checkout.

Do you offer same-day or timed delivery?

Yes, we typically offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12pm (noon), though availability may fill earlier.

Deliveries are made Mon–Fri 11am–5pm and Sat 11am–3pm (no Sunday delivery). We’re not able to guarantee exact delivery times, but you’re welcome to request a window in your order notes or by calling us.

Deliveries outside of Boulder are typically completed after 12pm, and during busy floral holidays (i.e. Valentine's Day and Mother's Day), delivery windows may not be available.

Can I shop in-store or pick up an arrangement?

Yes! We’re available for walk-ins during our regular business hours. While we don’t typically have many pre-made arrangements, our designers can create something fresh for you in about 15–30 minutes, depending on size. You’re welcome to hang out in the studio while we work or place an order in advance to pick up.

You can find us at 2935 Baseline Rd, Suite 103 in Boulder. We’re located on the garden level (downstairs) of a commercial building - just follow your nose 🌸

How do I choose the right arrangement or size?

Each of our arrangements are designed in our signature, whimsical style using seasonal blooms, so you really can’t go wrong!

We design based on color palette rather than specific flower types, and while some palettes may feel more suited to certain occasions, it’s ultimately up to you. Not sure where to start? Designer’s Choice is always a beautiful option.

When choosing a size, think about where the flowers will live (desk, coffee table, dining table, etc.) and how much of a statement you’d like to make. When in doubt, sizing up is a safe bet for a fuller, more impactful look. Our pricing reflects size, with each arrangement built based on the price per stem

Can I request something custom?

Sometimes! We’re happy to accommodate custom orders on a case-by-case basis, depending on the request and our availability.

Custom orders have a $150 minimum and are will be designed in our signature style using seasonal blooms, so we’re not always able to guarantee specific flowers or exact color matches. Give us a call at the shop rather than placing an order online if you're looking for something custom and we can discuss options!

Can I make changes after placing an order?

If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Because we work with fresh flowers and begin preparing orders quickly, changes aren’t always guaranteed once an order is in progress. All A La Carte orders are final and non-refundable.

In some cases, items like greeting cards may not be eligible for changes or refunds once they’ve been prepared.
